Importance of an Attitude of Persistence for the Self-Employed to be successful

The attitude of persistence is the key for the self-employed to achieve his dreams. To be successful you need to never give up until you have reached your goal. Your attitude must be one of persistence and determination. Nothing can take the place of persistence. Persistence can be defined as the power to hold on, despite everything; the power to endure; the ability to face defeat again and again and not give up (8 Attitudes of Success, 2011, Munroe, 2005:263). Winston Churchill defined success as “stumbling from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm”.
